The Create, Connect, Collaborate Professional Development Series, along with micro-professional learning modules and stakeholder presentations, was developed during my roles as an IB MYP Coordinator, Master Classroom Teacher (MCL), and Instructional Coach. These learning experiences were designed to engage, teach, inspire, and support teachers, administrators, students, families, and community partners through meaningful collaboration and shared learning. Topics focused on instructional best practices, curriculum design, assessment, data-driven instruction, global teaching practices, and effective implementation of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).

The impact extended beyond professional learning. By building trust, fostering collaboration, and creating opportunities for continuous growth, these resources strengthened educator capacity, increased stakeholder engagement, and supported consistent implementation of the IB MYP framework. As a result, instructional practices improved, student achievement was positively impacted, and a stronger school and community culture was established around a shared vision for student success.
