My goal is simple: to create high-quality educational solutions that empower teachers, strengthen instruction, and help every learner succeed.

For more than 28 years, I've helped educators and learners succeed by designing learning experiences that are rigorous, practical, and grounded in real learner needs.

What sets me apart is my understanding of the entire instructional ecosystem—from standards and assessment design to curriculum development, classroom implementation, teacher support, and school improvement.

Throughout my career, I've served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assessment developer, curriculum designer, Title I Coordinator, International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program Coordinator, professional learning facilitator, and instructional leader. These experiences allow me to create resources that are not only standards-aligned but also meaningful, accessible, and easy for educators to implement.

Whether I'm developing curriculum, writing assessments, or designing professional learning, I approach every project with a systems mindset. I consider how content, instruction, assessment, and facilitator support work together to improve instruction so learners can do more!
